General Description of Duties:

This is a Full-time (1.0FTE) CNA position with Forensic Nursing Home C The Forensic Nursing Home (FNH) is a licensed facility that provides full nursing care for individuals who are on medical release from prison, or who are currently residing at the Forensic Mental Health Program, or from the Minnesota Sex Offender program. We are regulated by the Minnesota Department of Health and focus on providing compassionate care that respects each resident's unique background and past trauma. Day-to day responsibilities as a CNA with The Forensic Nursing Home include: • Assistance with activities of daily living • Monitoring residents physical and mental health • Maintaining a clean, safe, and infection-controlled environment
