Community Behavioral Health Hospital (CBHH) in Annandale is now hiring direct care staff to join our team as a Mental Health Program Assistant. The CBHH is a small inpatient psychiatric facility for adults experiencing an acute mental health episode. The length of stay is typically less than 60 days, during which treatment focuses on rapid assessment, stabilization, patient education, and discharge planning involving community support resources, with the overall goal of preventing future episodes. The person selected for this position will maintain a safe environment, deliver active treatment, and provide social support to patients according to individualized treatment plans as assigned under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Other duties will also be performed as assigned.
