The Central Office Manager position provides professional and experience support to Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) by supervising the Central Office administrative support team, supporting the DCT management team, and coordinating various operational support functions to ensure strategic objectives are met. Responsibilities include: • All personnel transactions for administrative support positions including hiring, discipline, directing work assignments and reassignments. • Develop, implement, and enforce operating policies and procedures for the day-to-day operations for DCT. • Provide leadership and direction on projects • Develop strategies for effective management of business processes and communication methods and practices.
One-year of lead work or supervisory experience in an office setting. Experience must demonstrate: • Managing and/or coordinating the workflow of an office. • Leading, directing and/or guiding employees on job duties, assigning tasks and work teams, reviewing work, overseeing projects, and mentoring. • Overseeing office supply inventory and/or budgets. • Experience using desktop software and applications, equipment, and systems to direct and perform work including but not limited to: Microsoft office: Outlook, TEAMS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint AND Demonstrated leadership experience may include any of the following: • Experience as a supervisor, team lead, lead worker, OR project lead* • Completion of a State leadership development program, such as Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI) or Senior Leadership Institute (SLI) • Completion of a similar or equivalent leadership development program through another organization • A paid or unpaid position leading a program or chairing a committee, such as an Employee Resource Group (ERG). This experience must also include: o 1+ years of identifying issues, goals, and strategic actions o 100+ hours per year time commitment
