The Minnesota Department of Direct Care & Treatment is hiring a Records Production Specialist for the Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) HIMS (Health Information Management Services). We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to manage and process data and records requests. Key responsibilities include: • Responding to information requests in compliance with legal and policy standards • Maintaining accurate records and databases • Calculating associated costs and preparing invoices • Supporting records storage, retention, and disposition • Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders • Ensuring accurate classification and redaction of private or not public data.

Those crossing Appointing Authorities may be required to successfully complete a physical assessment form, provide education documentation (high school diploma, GED, college transcript, or college degree) and provide documented proof of freedom from tuberculosis completed within the last year.
