Duties include: Supervise and evaluate the competence of nursing personnel to ensure individual nursing care needs are met and professional standards are maintained. Provide assessment and ongoing reassessment of clients on admission and throughout treatment. Oversee medication administration process. Participate in development of Master Treatment Plan (MTP), implement Master Treatment Plan (MTP) and document the results of specific interventions so that clients can accomplish their individual goals.

Be licensed as an RN in the State of MN

Patient care experience within a mental health or behavioral health setting. Experience working with children and adolescents in a treatment setting.
