Location: FMHP Nights Shift: Night The Registered Nurse Supervisor provides supervision in the coordination and delivery of nursing care provided to clients at Forensic Services. This position serves as a leader and resource person for nursing staff and other employees and uses the nursing process as a guideline to ensure that staff are providing an appropriate level of skilled clinical nursing care. In addition, this position is responsible for: Participate in establishing and coordinating the implementation of the mission, philosophy, goals, and objectives, and standards of practice, care and performance for nursing care within Forensic Services. Participate in maintaining adequate and appropriate staffing levels in Forensic Services.
