This Registered Nurse posting has the work location of: Forensics Grove 2 Nursing Provide experienced, professional nursing care. Assess and diagnose the needs of clients, develops individualized nursing plans to meet those needs in coordination with the multi-disciplinary team, provides direct nursing interventions and/or delegates specific nursing tasks to appropriate staff and evaluates the effectiveness of the plan and the care provided.
To qualify, you must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota.
