Direct Care and Treatment’s Community Based Services program is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a clinical leader, providing advanced behavioral expertise across multiple Community Based Services locations throughout the state. Our mobile support teams provide flexible, responsive services directly in the homes and communities where people live. Through this approach, we help individuals effectively address behavioral health challenges and crises by promoting quality of life and mental wellness. As a Licensed Behavior Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting this model by guiding functional assessments, developing and implementing effective intervention strategies, and strengthening proactive crisis prevention efforts.
• Master's or doctorate in psychology, social work, behavior analysis, or related field; and • Licensure/Certification in the State of Minnesota as an independent behavioral health professional (BCBA or Licensed Behavioral Analyst)
