Primary Responsibilities Include: • Providing oversight to staff to ensure duties are performed and achieved in a manner that supports the Minnesota Sex Offender Program mission and treatment philosophies. • Managing all aspects of employee training including training development, performance evaluation and identifying training needs. • Serving as a resource in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. • Promoting client participation in treatment programs and supporting pro-social interactions • Managing and monitoring the physical, social, and therapeutic setting in order to maintain a safe and secure environment. • Partnering the operations department with clinical staff within DCT and collaborating with other internal departments and external agencies to support coordinated, therapeutic operations.

To qualify, applicants must: Have three (3) years’ work experience in a therapeutic, residential or corrective environment providing case management or the monitoring and delivery of therapeutic services to individuals, AND at least one year of experience MUST include supervising, coaching and managing employees . ** A master’s degree in criminal justice, Law Enforcement, Rehabilitation Therapy, Health Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field may be substituted for 1 year of experience; OR a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Law Enforcement, Rehabilitation Therapy, Health Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Healthcare Management or a related field may be substituted for 6 months of experience.
