The Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) provides comprehensive, court-ordered treatment to individuals civilly committed for sex offense-specific therapy. Our multidisciplinary team delivers a wide range of services—including clinical therapy, educational programming, therapeutic recreation, vocational training, and volunteer opportunities—within a secure, therapeutic environment where safety and rehabilitation are paramount. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Administrative Supervisor to join our team. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to lead nursing operations in a specialized forensic treatment setting. The successful candidate will oversee the coordination and delivery of high-quality nursing care, ensuring that the physical health needs of MSOP clients are consistently met. Primary Responsibilities Include: • Supervise, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of nursing services across the MSOP St Peter campus • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff and interdisciplinary treatment teams • Ensure assessments are conducted using appropriate methods, with attention to age, culture, and individual diversity • Develop, implement, and maintain an annual training plan for nursing personnel • Direct, support, monitor, and evaluate care provided by professional and ancillary staff under supervision

• Current licensure in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse; • Two (2) years' experience as a Registered Nurse Supervisor OR Five (5) years charge nurse experience as a registered nurse; AND • Two (2) years Registered Nurse experience in a field of specialty (i.e. mental health, addiction, long-term care, public health, etc.) [this experience can be obtained concurrently with the RN supervisor or charge RN experience]
